100 Follower Secret Santa Giveaway!!

For my 100 follower giveaway I decided to do something different since I will be picking winners on Christmas Day. I decided to do a "Secret" Santa because the winners won't know what they're going to get. All gifts have been wrapped and will be shipped out wrapped. All gifts are nail related and they are each more than one polish!

RULES:
1. Must be a follower of this blog via Google Friend Connect.
2. US Only
3. Fill out the entry form below. ONE form per person. Duplicates will be disqualified.
4. Contest will close on Christmas Day and I will pick and post 4 winners at that time.
5. Bonus entry opportunities include following me on twitter, facebook, share this giveaway, and have me on your blog roll! :)
6. One more bonus opportunity if you comment telling me something about yourself. It can be anything. For example: I'm a theatre geek and I love musicals!

    Along with nail polish, I enjoy collecting beautiful bindis that I wear & match with different Indian outfits. I have about 24 in my collection now, ranging from intricate designs with stones to simple dots. :D
